1/3 | cup | raspberries | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | blackberries | |
|
|||
2 | scoops | low fat fruit sorbet: mango, pineapple or berry | |
|
|||
1 | cup | skim milk | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | honey | |
|
|||
Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired | |||
|
Place berries, sorbet, milk and honey in a blender container; cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and add fresh raspberries if desired.
